Pieni ekologinen jalanjälki

Jokainen rakennus muokkaa ympäristöä ja tekee sitä vuosikymmeniä. Suunnittelu on tehtävä nykyhetken parhaaseen ympäristötietouteen pohjautuen.

Ympäristön kestävä kehitys

Kestävä kehitys on paljon enemmän kuin energian säästämistä. Jopa rakennuksen kauneus on ratkaiseva tekijä. Seuraavat asiat määrittävät rakennuksen kestävän kehityksen perustan: ympäristö, liittyminen ympäristöön, materiaalien käyttö, käyttöikä, jätteiden syntyminen, energian kulutus, CO2-päästöt, terveys ja turvallisuus, käyttöarvo, kauneus.

EA Reng tegi läbi põhjaliku identiteedimuutuse ning tegutseb nüüd uue nime all Novarc. Koos sisemise arenguga on astutud oluline samm ka väliselt. Nimi Novarc sümboliseerib ambitsiooni viia ehitus kui oluline majandusvaldkond innovatsiooni teele ning võtta kasutusele kõigi osapoolte koostööd toetavad tehnoloogiad.
