15.veebruaril korraldas Transpordiamet Saue mõisas Kanama-Valingu tee avamisürituse. Kutsutud olid kõik projektis osalenud. Novarci kui peaprojekteerijat esindas projektijuht Toomas Naelapää. Tegemist on suuremahulise projektiga, mille käigus rajati ligi 5 km 2+2 maanteed, kaks eritasandilist liiklussõlme, Valingu raudteeviadukt, auto- ja kergliiklustunneleid, müratõkkerajatisi.
