20. juunil tähistati Ülemiste Citys uue 13-korruselise büroohoone valmimist aadressil Lõõtsa tn 12. Lennujaama naabruses paiknev 9000 m² büroopinnaga maja kannab asukohale sobivalt Eesti juurtega lennunduse edendaja Alexandre Liwentaali nime.
