3.juunil sai nurgakivi 2023. aastal valmiv E-Piima uus kõrgtehnoloogiline tehasekompleks. Uus tehas kogupinnaga 32000 m2 asub Paides Ruubassaare tee 12. Projekti on koostanud Novarc Group, arhitektid on Lauri Laisaar ja Inge Sirkel-Suviste. Projektijuht on Vallo Goroško. Ehituse peatöövõtja on Nordecon.
