Uues Tallinna kohtumajas peeti sarikapidu

10. novembril peeti Tallinnas Lubja 4 kinnistule kerkiva uue Tallinna kohtumaja sarikapidu, millega tähistati hoone maksimaalse kõrguse saavutamist ja tänati ehitajaid senise tubli töö eest. Rahvapärimuse kohaselt luuakse sarikaliikudega head suhted majavaimuga ning tagatakse hoonele hea õnn.

Hoone arhitektuurse osa autor on Arhitektuuristuudio Siim & Kreis OÜ (autorid Andres Siim ja Kristel Ausing), sisekujunduse kavandas Pille Lausmäe Sisearhitektuuri Büroo OÜ ning projekteeris Novarc Group AS (peaarhitekt Lauri Laisaar). Hoone valmib 2018. aasta kevadel.

On 10 November the topping-out ceremony of the new courthouse erected at Lubja St 4, Tallinn was held. It marked the building had reached its height and the contractor was thanked for their fine work so far. According to folk tradition the ceremony serves a means of establishing good relations with house spirits and provides it good luck.

The author of the architectural part of the building is Arhitektuuristuudio Siim & Kreis OÜ (authors Andres Siim and Kristel Ausing), interior design comes from Pille Lausmäe Sisearhitektuuri Büroo OÜ, design from Novarc Group AS (principal architect Lauri Laisaar). The building will be completed in the spring of 2018.

В новом здании Таллиннского суда праздновалось стропильное торжество

10 ноября праздновалось стропильное торжество строящегося по адресу Лубья 4, Таллинн нового здания суда. Торжество отмечало достижение максимальной высоты здания. Также была выражена благодарность строителям за выполненную работу. Согласно традиции в ходе торжества устанавливают хорошие отношения с духом дома и обеспечивают дому добро.

Автором архитектуры здания является Arhitektuuristuudio Siim & Kreis OÜ (авторы Andres Siim и Kristel Ausing), дизайн интерьера Pille Lausmäe Sisearhitektuuri Büroo OÜ, проектировщик Novarc Group AS (главный архитектор Lauri Laisaar). Здание будет построено весной 2018 года.
