Novarc seisab selle eest, et hoonete ehitamisel oleks esikohal nende funktsionaalsus. Et hooned oleksid esmalt võimalikult inim- ja keskkonnasõbralikud ning alles siis saaksid kaunima vormi. Meie suur taotlus on parim kasutuskogemus terveks ehitise elukaareks – lisaks esteetikale ka funktsionaalsus, ökonoomsus, keskkonna- ja energiasäästlikkus ning kasu ja rahulolu kõigile.

Kannustatuna meie kliendi maksimaalsest rahulolust oleme alati esindatud ka valdkonna tippsündmustel. Niisamuti ka 21. buildingSMART foorumil mis leidis aset 27.10.2017 Berliinis. Rahvusvaheliselt kõrgetasemelised lektorid jagasid parimat praktikat „Elukaare BIM“ teemadel. Esindatud olid nii arendajad, all- ja peatöövõtjad kui ka halduseksperdid kes demonstreerisid enda parimat praktikat hoone BIM elukaare jätkusuutlikkusest ja kulude vähendamisest kogu elutsükli vältel.

Novarci esindajad kogusid väärtuslikke ja tulevikku suunatud teadmisi mis täiendavad meie BIM elukaare teenust koostöös partneritega üle Euroopa.

Novarc is constantly seeking best user experience of a building throughout its life cycle: in addition to aesthetics there is functionality, economy, environmental and energy saving along with overall benefit and satisfaction.

In the process of achieving our goals, Novarc participated in the 21.-st buildingSMART Forum. It took place on Friday, October 27, 2017 at the Ellington Hotel in Berlin. The top-class lectures of international speakers were dedicated to the focal topic “Lifecycle BIM“. Planners, building contractors, large builders and portfolio holders, as well as facility management experts, demonstrated in their presentations the great benefits of the BIM method for sustainability and cost optimization in buildings and facilities – throughout their lifecycle.

The participants collected valuable trend-setting and applicable knowledge from lifecycle BIM.
