Contractor selected for the power station designed with the participation of EA Reng 18. March 201320. January 2012 by Kim The daughter company of Merko Ehitus, AS Merko Ehitus Eesti and the Finnish company Wärtsilä Finland Oy signed the contract for the construction of civil works of Kiisa Emergency Reserve Power Plant.
