In the opinion of Jüri Rass, the CEO and founder of EA Reng, an architectural and consulting engineering company, risks are estimated too high in projects. Therefore 50% of the project budget is spent unwisely.
Speaking at the seminar “How to increase the efficiency of the building sector 4 times” arranged by Äripäev on 11 April, Jüri Rass commented on a recent tender for Rail Baltic. In the first tender (later cancelled) all risks were assessed and a double price submitted. “We imagined all that has to be done within the project,” he noted.
