Novarc won the public procurement arranged by the North Estonia Medical Centre for the design of a new building for the psychiatric clinic. The clinic will be located in Tallinn.
The clinic of 22000 m² is an addition to the North Estonia Medical Centre complex. It will feature the biggest and most modern psychiatric clinic in the region. The design period is planned to 18 months. Construction will be completed in 2023.
Kaitis Väär, Chairman of the Board of Novarc: „Within the design process we will first create a virtual model. Modern technologies allow to move around in the building and assess its user experience. The building will be addressed in the context of life cycle, including the construction ang operation phases. Big Room methodology will be applied with the aim of close collaboration with the client on BIM platform and in CDE environment.“
