Siseministeeriumi haldusala asutuste ühishoone peaprojekteerija on Novarc Group. Hoonekompleksis paiknevad Politsei‐ ja Piirivalveameti, Päästeameti, Häirekeskuse, Siseministeeriumi infotehnoloogia‐ ja arenduskeskuse (SMIT) ning Sotsiaalkindlustusameti ohvriabi töö‐ ja teenistusruumid.
