In the beginning of July, the city of Tartu started offering consulting services supporting the renovation of apartment buildings. For this, a contract was signed with Novarc Group. An essential part of the service is to inform apartment associations about the service and the support for carrying out extensive renovations.
On September 12, at 5:30 p.m., an information day will be held at Soola St 3 in Tartu, where the consulting service will be introduced, the services related to the reconstruction support of the city of Tartu and the services of KredEx will be discussed. Facade insulation methods and profitability analyses ill also be addressed.
