The design work for the buildings, facilities and area of Kadriorg Stadium, which began in 2021, was completed in 2025. Novarc’s design work included the reconstruction and expansion of the existing stadium’s grandstand with extensions, the renovation of the gatehouse and ticket office building, and the outdoor area of the entire stadium property, including the main arena and training field.
Nordlin Ehitus won the construction tender organized on the basis of the project. The completion of the project is scheduled for early 2028.
