Architect Martin Aunin: “The function of the building will be completely altered while the volume will remain unchanged. What will stay is the architectural character. The dominant corner towers will be reconstructed, facade repaired- The third floor massive overhanging structure specific to the building will remain. I believe the old post office building will remain clearly reckognisable.”
