The design for the triple tower erected at Lõõtsa St 8 was prepared by Larkas & Laine Oy from Finland. The idea of architect Oliver Lemarchand was developed by Katrin Kõlu (Birk) from EA Reng. The contractor is AS NCC Ehitus.
