On 15 October 2025 the topping-off was celebrated in the Jõhvi film studio complex.
The preliminary design of the building was prepared by Novarc Group. The author of the building is Lauri Laisaar, who is also preparing the main design.
The contractor is Mapri Ehitus, the client is SA Ida-Viru Investeeringute Agentuur.
