The Estonian Association of Architectural and Consulting Engineering Companies (EAACEC) elected a new board. Tõnis Tarbe who acquired the highest vote rate will continue as chairman. In his address he noted that Estonian market is small. An additional hampering feature is the excessive bureaucracy.
