Green Building Council: Ülemiste Shopping Center named Most Sustainable building of 2018

On 10 May, during the annual conference of KEN Cluster, the winners of the „Most Sustainable 2018“ competition arranged by Green Building Council were announced. The main prize was awarded to the extension of Ülemiste Shopping Center.

Ülemise Shopping Center is developed by Linstow Center Management. The architects are AMB International (Norway) and Novarc Group from Estonia. Sustainability counselling and quality assessment audit was realised by Oxford Sustainable.
