The city of Tallinn will soon start construction work on the facade lighting of the Town Hall. The new lighting solution highlights the architectural details of the oldest and only Gothic town hall in Northern Europe.
The construction documentation for the lighting of the town hall and the accompanying light calculations were prepared by Novarc. In order to achieve the best final result, various lighting fixtures and lighting positions were tested on site. As a basis for the work, the client provided a concept (sketch) drawn up by the Finnish lighting design office Valoa.
The construction work for the reconstruction of the facade lighting will be realized by Enersense and are due to be completed in August 2025.
