The construction of the production complex located at Suur-Sõjamäe St 44 in Tallinn Estonia has started. The design was prepared by Novarc, the architect was Katrin Kõlu and project manager Indrek Kõlu. The client is Tallinn City Theatre and Tallinn City Property Department.
The first floor houses workshops, decoration storage and garage. On the second floor, placed on the area above the garage, service premises for employees are located. The third floor houses a meeting room, offices, storages and technical rooms.
The contractor for the production complex is Eston Ehitus AS, a member of the Nordecon Group.
