Конкурс организованный AS Tallinna Sadam выиграла работа под кодовым названием New Balance 100 от SIA Witteveen+Bos Latvia. Конкурсную работу подала SIA Witteveen+Bos Latvia. Архитектор – Robbert-Jan van der Veen из Plein06, Novarc Group AS является местным консультантом. Работа получила первое место.
