On July 17, Bureau Veritas Certification awarded Novarc Group AS a certificate of compliance with the environmental management system standard ISO 14001:2015. The scope of certification covers architectural design, consulting engineering and expert assessment of design and buildings. Our own environmental footprint as a company is modest. However, the decisions we make that determine a building's energy consumption, carbon footprint of materials, and waste generation over its entire lifetime are made during the design phase – long before construction begins. The certificate confirms that these considerations are systematically incorporated into our work. Environmental and energy efficiency requirements are agreed with the client already in the terms of reference, the energy efficiency of solutions is assessed during the design process, and the life cycle of products and environmental declarations are taken into account when selecting materials. The results are measured by specific indicators, such as the proportion of projects with A-energy class and energy simulations. The environmental management system’s compliance with the requirements of the standard will further be checked annually.

The B-building is one of the objects being built and reconstructed within the renovation of Kadriorg Stadium. The main designer of the entire project is Novarc, the architects are Tõnis Soots, Lauri Laisaar and Reino Rass. The entire stadium complex includes the historical main building, B-building, the main arena, the football field, the additional grandstand and the entire infrastructure of the area. The function of the B-building is service, dressing and conference rooms, and a weight and warm-up hall. On 15 October 2025 the topping-off was celebrated in the Jõhvi film studio complex. The preliminary design of the building was prepared by Novarc Group. The author of the building is Lauri Laisaar, who is also preparing the main design. The contractor is Mapri Ehitus, the client is SA Ida-Viru Investeeringute Agentuur. See also

The design work for the buildings, facilities and area of Kadriorg Stadium, which began in 2021, was completed in 2025. Novarc's design work included the reconstruction and expansion of the existing stadium's grandstand with extensions, the renovation of the gatehouse and ticket office building, and the outdoor area of the entire stadium property, including the main arena and training field. Nordlin Ehitus won the construction tender organized on the basis of the project. The completion of the project is scheduled for early 2028. See also

It is located in Jõhvi. The film studio complex – or digital and multimedia incubator with studio complex – is a film production facility comprising of two separate studios, each equipped with a full set of auxiliary rooms (from film sets to film editing). The smaller studio can also be used as a public multifunctional universal hall. The sketch and preliminary design of the complex were designed by Novarc Group, author architect Lauri Laisaar. The second place in the Keila school Park House architecture competition was awarded to Novarc's entry "Sõlmpunkt", by Lucy Khan and Lauri Laisaar. The building volume of the competition entry is placed in a complex of existing orthogonal volumes. It consists of two volumes located above each other, which are rotated around a spiral staircase located at the center of gravity. The result is a visually elongated building with dynamic longitudinal facades. The centrally oriented larger-than-life spiral staircase concentrates the school life in the very center of the extension. The stairwell, which is the center of movement on all floors, also helps to form recreation areas and organically merge with other functions. The building follows sustainable nature-based and energy efficiency principles. The awarding ceremony took place on 30 June in the Keila library located in the school premises. On 29 November 2024 the joint building for Kilingi-Nõmme internal security was opened. The new building has been designed to be energy efficient and suitable for the current needs of both rescuers and police officers. It was designed by Novarc. The project manager is Reino Rass, architects Reino Rass and Inge Sirkel-Suviste. See press release by client RKAS

  The city of Tallinn will soon start construction work on the facade lighting of the Town Hall. The new lighting solution highlights the architectural details of the oldest and only Gothic town hall in Northern Europe.       The construction documentation for the lighting of the town hall and the accompanying light calculations were prepared by Novarc. In order to achieve the best final result, various lighting fixtures and lighting positions were tested on site. As a basis for the work, the client provided a concept (sketch) drawn up by the Finnish lighting design office Valoa. The construction work for the reconstruction of the facade lighting will be realized by Enersense and are due to be completed in August 2025. For more see press release of Tallinn City

In the October 31 cultural show OP, the rector of EKA (Estonian Academy of Arts) Mart Kalm introduced their new educational building. The functions of the new building compensate what is missing in the main EKA building. There will be a monumental studio, a virtual reality laboratory, a materials laboratory, a printing laboratory, 3D modeling, a model studio, etc. Among other things, users of the studios have a sauna at their disposal. The architect of the new building is Martin Aunin. The general designer is Novarc, project manager Reino Rass. The building is located at Kotzebue St 10 in Tallinn, Estonia. On September 5, 2024, the official completion of construction work was celebrated in the new E-Piima factory complex in Paide. It is a significant object, both in terms of scale and technological capability. The size of the complex is approx. 33,000 m2 and it includes a two-story administrative building, a significant amount of production and storage space, cold storage and a seven-story milk powder production tower. The general designer of the plant is Novarc Group AS, project manager Vallo Goroško, architects Lauri Laisaar, Jaanika Oks and Inge Sirkel-Suviste. The general contractor is Nordecon AS.
