The conference „Near zero energy and passive buildings – experience in Germany“ arranged by the German-Baltic Chamber of Commerce took place on 22 October in Tallinn. From Novarc, Ragnar Jõesaar made a presentation “Energy efficiency requirements while designing the Fine Arts School”.
