On November 27 the conference Construction 2020+ took place in Cinamon Kosmos in Tallinn. A special prize issued by the the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications “Best digital innovation project 2019” was awarded to T1 Mall of Tallinn.

In T1, the design process and collaboration organisation was based on BIM execution plan. In the plan, the principles of collaboration within the design and construction management teams were agreed, also the requirements for the building information models. Both the design and construction were based on BIM models. These were used by the client, supervision, designers, subcontractors and the contractor.
