On June 5, a new edition of standard EVS 915 „Organising Public Procurements for Design Works and Construction Works” was enforced. Marika Utkin from Novarc participated in the standard committee representing the Estonian Association of Architectural and Consulting Engineering Companies.
The purpose of the standard is to provide guidelines for avoiding habitual errors and to introduce good practice in public procurement.
