The E-Piim dairy complex located in Paide, Estonia has entered the construction phase. It was designed by Novarc Group AS. The architects are Lauri Laisaar and Jaanika Oks, project manager Kätlin Simberg.
E-Piim Tootmine and Nordecon signed a contract for construction of E-Piim dairy plant. The complex includes a two-storey administrative and single-storey production building as well as a seven-storey powder production facility. The total closed gross surface area is 32 446.9 m².
